Level 2 Food Safety in Catering

Duration: 1 day


This one day course includes lectures enhanced by written materials, discussion sessions and activity groups.

Objectives:

To provide food handlers with an appreciation of the fundamentals of good practical food hygiene and to equip them with the skills necessary to work safely with food.

Examination:

Candidates are assessed by an examination paper consisting of multiple choice questions to be completed under examination conditions. Candidates who pass the examination will receive a Level 2 certificate for Food Safety in Catering from the CIEH.
