Conflict Management - Level 2

C Company now offers a Level 2 Award in Conflict Management. This qualification has been developed to give learners a better understanding of how to prevent conflict situations from arising and to feel more confident in dealing with those situations if they do arise.

Any centres looking to offer the Level 2 qualification, which is suitable for delivery to any sector where there is a chance of conflict occurring. This includes schools, colleges, hospitals or any customer-facing role.

The course will cover the following modules:

  • Using communication to solve problems and reduce the likelihood of conflict
  • The factors influencing human responses in conflict situations
  • Assessing and reducing risks in conflict situations
  • Communicating effectively and de-escalating conflict in emotive situations
  • Good practice to follow after conflict situations

There are no prerequisites for this qualification it is advised that learners have a minimum of Level 1 in Numeracy or equivalent.
This qualification is approved for the age ranges 16 to 18 and 19 +.
